Biznes Inwestycje SA (BI SA) is a daughter company of Biznes Inwestycje Plus Alternatywna Spółka Inwestycyjna SA (BI Plus ASI SA), which deals with its operational support, including preparation of transaction documentation (valuation, model, analytical report, report to the Investment Committee) and implementation of the analytical process. BI SA performs analytical, preparatory and organizational functions in the field of financial research and analyzes. On the other hand, BI Plus ASI SA is responsible for the verification of the prepared documentation at internal Investment Committees, Credit Committees, making Investment Decisions, granting financing and supervising the process during the investment.
BI SA is an entity operating exclusively for BI Plus ASI SA.
